- Describe Pickup as a marketplace for chauffeur driven cars, crewed boats and private jet charter from independent, licensed operators.
- Use your own tracked link and our brand assets as the guidelines allow.
- Follow advertising, consumer and data protection law where you promote.
Don’t
Call Pickup a taxi or ride hailing service, or suggest guests drive themselves.- Claim insurance, prices, discounts or availability we haven’t published.
- Bid on “Pickup” or “Pickup Charter” in paid search, or register look-alike domains or handles.
- Send spam, stuff cookies or use misleading redirects.

How do I apply?
Fill in the short application form. We review every application, check your identity or business registration, and reply by email. Approval is at our discretion.
Who can join?
Individuals aged 18 or over, and registered businesses. Your website, channel or audience should fit premium travel. Pickup employees, operators and registered crew can only join with our written agreement.
How do I earn commission?
Share your tracked link. When a new guest opens an account through it and completes a paid booking, you earn commission once the refund window has passed. Cancelled, refunded or disputed bookings don’t count.
What commission will I earn?
Your rate and how it is calculated are agreed with you in writing in your affiliate agreement. There is no public rate.
When do I get paid?
Monthly in arrears, by bank transfer to an account in your name or your business’s registered name, after the refund window. We verify your identity, tax details and bank account first.
What can I promote?
Pickup Charter: chauffeur driven cars, crewed boats and yachts, and private jet charter from independent, licensed operators. Describe it accurately and say you are paid.
Is my website or app eligible?
If your audience fits premium travel and your content is accurate and lawful, apply. Coupon and cashback sites need our written agreement first.
