CREW

Every crew member identity-checked

Chauffeurs, captains and flight crew are checked against the licences their work needs before they can be assigned a trip, and kept current with the same document checks as the vehicle, vessel or aircraft.

SUPPORT

Support for every booking

Use Help in operator mode: an automated AI assistant answers first, and “Talk to a person” brings in our team. Or email support@pickupcharter.com, before, during or after a trip. For damage, disputes or a guest who broke the rules, report it from the trip screen.

Rules that protect your crew

Every trip on Pickup runs on the same clear standard. Guests agree to it when they book.

SAFETY FIRST

Safety calls are respected

Your chauffeur, captain or pilot makes the safety call on weather, route, load or conduct. Guests are expected to follow it.

YOUR RIGHT

Refuse unsafe requests

Crew may refuse any request that is unsafe or unlawful, and end a trip if their safety is at risk.

CONDUCT

No abuse, ever

Violence, threats, harassment and discrimination are not tolerated, from guests or crew.

WEAPONS

No weapons on board

Weapons and prohibited items are not allowed on Pickup trips. Our Weapons and Prohibited Items Policy sets out the narrow exception for on-duty state security officials. Aviation security screening applies on every jet segment.

PAYMENTS

Never take cash

Guests pay in the app. You are paid 1 hour after the trip ends, or for a jet 1 hour after landing. Bookings of 7 days or more pay weekly. Flagged bookings wait up to 72 hours, and an open case holds the payout until it is decided. Never accept cash or off-app payments.

REPORTING

Report in the app

Report a guest, incident or damage from the trip screen. Our team reviews every report.

PRIVACY

Numbers only around the trip

Guest numbers are shared only from 1 hour before to 1 hour after a trip. Chat stays in the app.

EMERGENCY

Call 112 first

In-app safety features do not replace emergency services. In an emergency call 112 first, then report it in the app.

VERIFIED BOOKERS

Know who is booking

The person who books verifies their identity once, after paying and before their first trip. Other guests do not verify, though on a jet every passenger’s details go on the manifest. You see the guest name, party size and trip details before you set off, and the app shows your crew who to expect.

Operator and crew questions

Can my crew refuse a guest or a request?

Yes. Crew may refuse any request that is unsafe or unlawful, and may decline to start or continue a trip if their safety is at risk. Report it in the app straight away.

Should we ever collect payment from the guest?

No. Guests pay in the app. Never take cash or accept payment outside Pickup.

When can we see the guest phone number?

Only from 1 hour before to 1 hour after the trip. Outside that window, chat in the app.

What happens after I report something?

Our team reviews every report and may contact you, the guest or both. Serious breaches are handled under the Community Standards.

Does Pickup monitor trips?

On car and boat trips, guests get an “Are you OK?” check-in after an unplanned stop of 15 minutes. In-app safety features are secondary information tools and do not constitute an emergency response service. Pickup does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted live monitoring, and automated prompts do not shift emergency response duties away from public authorities. In an emergency, call 112.
