Your chauffeur is named in the app before you land. Here is how to find them and be sure you are getting into the right car.

Before you land

  1. Open the trip in Trips and tap Trip pack. It is saved on your phone and works without signal.
  2. Check Your chauffeur: name and photo.
  3. Check the car and plate.
  4. Note the meeting point.

When you land

  1. Turn on your data or join the airport Wi-Fi, and check Messages. Your chauffeur or operator may have sent arrival instructions.
  2. Follow Your trip, step by step. It shows when your chauffeur is on the way and when they have arrived.
  3. Exit at arrivals and go to the meeting point in your trip pack. If you booked a name sign, look for it.
  4. Message your chauffeur if you cannot find them. Keep your conversation in the app.

Confirm before you get in

  • The chauffeur's face matches the photo in the app.
  • The car and plate match your trip details.
  • They can tell you your name and destination without you saying it first.

If anything does not match, do not get in. Report it from the trip for a full refund.

Airport touts

Only go with the chauffeur shown in your trip details. Decline offers from anyone else, however official they appear. Pickup does not do street pickups.

Share your trip

Tap Share trip so someone you trust can follow your journey. See How live trip tracking and sharing work.

If you feel unsafe

Call 112 first. Then tap Safety on the live trip, or go to Profile > Safety. Urgent issues on a live trip are put first.

The full rules are in Verification and Compliance and the Guest Terms.
