Yes. On Pickup, reviews go both ways after a completed trip. You review the operator, and the operator can review you. Operators can see your ratings and recent reviews when you have a booking with them. Chauffeurs and crew do not rate you separately.
When you see it
Neither side can read the other's review until both are in, or until the 14 day window closes. Then both come out at the same moment. You can read the operator's review of you on the trip and post a reply. Your rating from operators is not shown to you on your own public profile.
We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping Pickup safe and reliable.
If an operator has a concern
If something goes wrong on a trip, for example damage, a safety issue or conduct that breaks the rules, the operator can also report it privately to Pickup. Our team reviews each report against the booking record. If we need to act, for example under the Community Standards, we tell you what we have decided and why. See If your account is restricted or suspended.
If a review about you is abusive, fake or includes personal details, report it. See How to report a message, review or user.
Staying in good standing
Be ready on time, follow the crew's safety instructions, keep payments and messages on Pickup, and look after the car, boat or aircraft. See Guest conduct on your trip.
