Chauffeur and crew app access

How chauffeurs and crew sign in to the Pickup app with their own login, what they can see, how a trip starts and where the safety tools are.

Your chauffeurs and crew use the same Pickup app as you, in crew mode, with their own login. They see only the trips you assign to them.

Signing in

  1. You invite your chauffeur or crew member from Your crew.
  2. They open the app, tap Log in as a chauffeur, captain or crew and use the link or invite code we emailed. We email them a sign in code. There are no passwords and no text message codes.
  3. They accept the invitation and finish verification if they have not already.

They cannot see your earnings, pricing or other bookings.

What they see

Home. Their next assigned trip at a glance.

Trips. The trips you assign to them, and past trips. They confirm each new trip, or say they can't make it.

Messages. Conversations with guests about their trips.

Profile. Their details, security settings and help.

Starting a trip

The trip starts on its own at the booked time (for a private jet, at wheels up). There is nothing to enter.

  1. Be at the pickup point, jetty or terminal on time.
  2. From 1 hour before the start, your live location is shared with the guest. A chauffeur's phone number and the guest's also become visible to each other. Both are hidden again 1 hour after the trip ends. Boat and jet crew numbers are not shared with guests.
  3. Let the guest check that you, the vehicle and the plate match the booking.

The guest can follow the trip live and share it. See Starting and completing a trip.

Safety

Emergency? Call 112. The live trip and Safety screens show the line, and it dials 112.

The app also has emergency contact alerts and "Are you OK?" check-ins after a stop of 15 minutes. In-app safety features are secondary information tools and do not constitute an emergency response service. Pickup does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted live monitoring, and automated prompts do not shift emergency response duties away from public authorities. In an emergency, call 112.

Report a safety issue to Pickup when it is safe.

Need more help?

Open Menu, then Help, then Still need help?. An automated assistant answers first, and Talk to a person brings in the team. Or email support@pickupcharter.com with the booking ID. Emergency? Call 112. See Contacting operator support.
