Who may act for your business in Operator Mode, how to give a team member access, and why you stay responsible for everything done on your account.

Only your directors, officers and staff may act for your business on Pickup. Each person needs their own Pickup login and a verified identity.

Giving someone access

  1. Open Menu, then Team and access, then Invite a team member.
  2. Enter their email.
  3. Choose what they can do: Full access, Bookings and calendar, Assign crew only or Payouts and statements.
  4. Tap Send invite.

They sign in with that email and verify their ID before they can see your business. The invite lasts 7 days.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything done in Operator Mode on your account, including acceptances, cancellations, messages, prices and payout details. Tap Remove access the day someone leaves. It takes effect straight away.

Chauffeurs and crew are different

Chauffeurs, captains and crew use their own login to run assigned trips. They cannot change your listings, prices or payouts. See Chauffeur and crew app access.

Keep your account secure

Never share logins or sign in codes. See Account and security settings.

The rules are in the Operator Agreement and Verification and Compliance.
