Becoming an operator with your Pickup account

If you run a registered business offering chauffeur driven cars, crewed boats or charter flights, you can list it on Pickup from the same login you use to book.

How it works

1. Open Profile and tap List your business on Pickup.
2. Follow the steps to add your business. Once you have an operator account, you switch between Guest and Operator on your profile.
3. Your business goes through operator verification before any listing goes live.

The extra checks

Operator verification is separate from your guest identity check. We check the business's registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission, its Tax Identification Number, the identity of its directors, its licences and its insurance documents, and every vehicle, vessel or aircraft and crew member it lists. Only registered businesses can list on Pickup.

If your business is outside a state where Pickup is live, we hold your documents for verification ahead of launch there.

Which terms apply

• When you book trips, the Guest Terms apply.
• When you act as an operator, the Operator Agreement applies.
• The Terms of Use apply in both modes.

Your guest records and your operator records are kept separate, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Closing operator mode

In operator mode, go to Menu > Business details > Close operator account. Every booking must be finished and every payout settled. Your guest account stays open.

Deleting your account has two steps. You close the operator account first, then switch to guest mode and delete your guest account. See How to delete your Pickup account.
