How to create a Pickup account

For guests

You need a Pickup account to book a chauffeur driven car, a crewed vessel or a chartered flight. Signing up takes a few minutes.

Open the Pickup app and tap Get started.
Enter your email address and tap Continue. You can also choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple.
Enter the 6-digit code we send to your email. If it does not arrive, wait for the timer and tap Resend code. Entered the wrong address? Tap Change your email?
On Let's create your account, add your legal name as it appears on your ID, and your date of birth. You must be 18 or over.
Add your phone number. Any country's number works, and no code is sent to it.
On Before you continue, tick the required boxes to accept the Guest Terms, the Privacy Policy and Dispute Resolution. Marketing is a separate box, and it stays off unless you tick it. Tap Create account.
Read our community commitment and tap Agree and continue.
Choose Allow notifications so you see booking updates and messages from your operator, and Share location. You can choose Do this later for both.

Why your legal name matters

Your name is checked against your ID when you verify your identity, after you pay for your first booking and before the trip. Using your legal name now avoids delays later. See How to verify your identity.

Signing in

There is no password. Each time you sign in, enter your email address and the code we send to your email, or use Continue with Google or Continue with Apple. Pickup never sends sign in codes by SMS, WhatsApp or phone call.

Your phone number

Your number is hidden from your chauffeur or crew lead until 1 hour before your trip starts. It is visible during the trip and hidden again 1 hour after it ends. Their number follows the same rule for you. Outside that window, use in app messages, and after the trip, Get help on the trip.

One account per person

Each account belongs to one person. Do not share your login. If you book for others, add them as guests on your trip instead. See How to add guests to your booking.
