Can Pickup change my commission?

How your Fee Schedule works, how much notice you get before any change, why changes never touch confirmed bookings, and what you can do if you disagree.

1 min readUpdated 2 November 2026For operators

Your commission is set out in your Fee Schedule, which your Operator Agreement incorporates. See it under Menu, then Earnings, then Earnings settings. Pickup can change it, but only with at least 30 days' notice.

What the Fee Schedule shows

The commission for each type of service you list: cars, boats and yachts, or aircraft. Commission is charged on completed bookings and on any cancellation amount you keep, and is deducted before your payout. It already includes VAT, and nothing is added on top. There is no listing fee.

How changes work

  • We tell you at least 30 days before a change.
  • A change never applies to a booking already confirmed. Those keep the rate that applied when they were confirmed.

If you disagree

You may stop using Pickup before the change takes effect, by closing your operator account. See How do I close my operator account?.

Nothing hidden

Pickup does not mark up your price and charges you nothing else unless your Fee Schedule or the Operator Agreement says so.

The rules are in the Operator Agreement.
