If a listing looks wrong, you can report it to us. Reports help keep Pickup accurate and safe.

When to report a listing

  • The photos or description do not match the car, boat or aircraft.
  • The listing offers something not allowed on Pickup, such as a car without a chauffeur, police escorts or armed security.
  • The listing asks you to pay or make contact outside Pickup.
  • The price or details look misleading.
  • Something about the listing makes you concerned for safety.

How to report it

  1. Open the listing.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Report this listing.
  3. Choose a reason and add any details.
  4. Tap Submit.

Reporting a listing does not cancel a booking. If you have a booking and something went wrong on the trip, report the trip instead. See How to report a problem with your trip.

What happens next

We review the listing against our Content Policy and Verification and Compliance standards. We may ask the operator for evidence, correct the listing, or suspend it while we check. We may not be able to tell you the outcome, to protect everyone's privacy. You can follow your report in Profile > Privacy and your data > Your reports.

False reports

Please report only in good faith. Making false or malicious reports is against the Acceptable Use Policy.
