Every listing on Pickup is offered by an independent, verified operator. The listing tells you what you are booking, who operates it and what it costs. A few minutes comparing listings saves surprises on the day.
Start with the right search
- Open the Search tab and choose the car, boat or jet icon.
- Choose the kind of trip and add where, when and how many people, then tap Search.
- Tap Filters to narrow the results, for example by Price range, Vehicle type, Year and Seats and bags. You can change the sort order there too.
Adding your trip details first gives you exact pricing on each listing.
What to check on a listing
- Photos. They show the actual vehicle, vessel or aircraft.
- Features. Seating, comfort, safety and any extras the operator offers.
- About this car, boat or aircraft. The operator's own description.
- Cancellation. Your refund bands are shown under Things to know. Read them before you book.
- Meet your operator. The checks they passed, their time on Pickup and reviews from other guests.
- Instant confirmation or Request to book. This tells you whether you are booked as soon as payment clears, or the operator must accept first.
Match the listing to the trip
- Passengers. Count everyone, including children. Seats are a hard limit.
- Luggage. Check how many large bags fit. See Passenger and luggage limits.
- Duration. Chauffeur bookings are priced by time. Allow for traffic.
- Access needs. Set them in your profile so your operator knows when you book.
Price is the price
Operators set their own prices. The price you see is the total for your trip, including Pickup's service fee, VAT and any mandatory charges, and the total at checkout matches it for the same trip details. There is no surge pricing.
The full rules are in Verification and Compliance and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
