How to search for a car, boat or jet

Start with the trip, not the vehicle. Tell Pickup where, when and how many, and the app shows what fits.

Search

1. Tap Search in the bottom bar.
2. Choose a service at the top: car, boat or jet.
3. Choose the kind of trip. Each trip type asks only what it needs.
4. Add your pickup, jetty or route.
5. Tap When? and set the date and time.
6. Add the people travelling.
7. Tap Search.

Tap Clear all to start again. Popular searches on the Search screen offer quick starting points, such as airport transfers.

Filter and sort

Results show a photo, name, rating and total price for each listing. Tap Filters to narrow them by:

• Price range
• Vehicle type
• Seats and bags
• Booking type
• Operator rating
• Features, Accessibility and Year

You can also change the sort order there. Tap Clear all to remove all filters. Tap the heart on any listing to save it.

Compare listings

Open a listing to see:

• A photo gallery.
• Features, such as Wi-Fi, charging, refreshments or accessibility.
• About this car, boat or aircraft.
• Meet your operator: the operator's profile, the checks they passed and their reviews.
• The cancellation option.
• The total price for your trip, once you add it.

Operators marked Charter Elite have a strong record on Pickup over the last 12 months for ratings, reliability, response times and compliance.

Choose

When you are ready, tap Check availability and add your trip, then Reserve or Request to book. See Instant confirmation vs Request to book.
