What must a private jet listing show?

What every jet listing must show: the AOC holder as operator, and an all in price including the NCAA sales charge.

Every private jet listing must name the Air Operator's Certificate holder as the operator and carrier, and show an all in price.

The AOC holder is the carrier

The holder of the NCAA Air Operator's Certificate operates the flight and is the carrier. Pickup markets and books the flight and collects payment as the holder's agent. Pickup never presents itself as operating flights, and listings must not say otherwise.

Pricing

  • Your charter price must include the NCAA statutory sales charge. You account for NCAA charges yourself, and calculate, report and remit them. Pickup does not add them or remit them.
  • The price the guest sees is the all in total, including the Pickup service fee and the VAT on it.
  • Guests may view the price in their own currency, but they always pay in naira.

What else to show

  • The aircraft type and seats, as listed on your AOC operations specifications.
  • Baggage limits and any weight restrictions.
  • What is included, such as catering or ground handling.

Never list an aircraft that is only permitted for private, non commercial flight.

The rules are in the Operator Agreement.
