What can my listing say and show?

Your listing must show the real vehicle, vessel or aircraft and offer only what your licences allow.

Must

• Use real, current photos of the actual asset. See Photo standards.
• Describe capacity, features and what is included accurately.
• Show any extra charge, as an extra or in your price, before the guest books.

Must not

• Promise insurance cover or name an insurer in a way that suggests Pickup provides it.
• Claim the trip is "guaranteed safe" or use claims you cannot back up.
• Include phone numbers, email addresses, websites or social handles.
• Offer a car, boat or aircraft without its crew, armed security or police escorts.
• Use another business's photos, logos or reviews.
• Mention prices or discounts for booking outside Pickup.

Jets

Every jet listing names the Air Operator's Certificate holder as the operator. See Jet listings and the AOC holder.

If content breaks the rules

Pickup may edit, hide or remove it, and you can appeal. Repeated breaches may affect your standing.
