Listing rules tell guests how to behave on board. Guests agree to them at checkout, so a clear rule is one you can rely on later.

Tap Add a rule to write a rule of your own.
Adding or editing rules
- Open Listings and choose the listing.
- Tap Car rules (Boat rules or Flight rules).
- Switch the rules that apply on or off, or tap Add a rule and type a new one.
- Save your changes.
Changes apply to new bookings only. Confirmed bookings keep the rules the guest agreed to.
Writing a good rule
- Keep it short and specific. "No food in the cabin" beats "Respect the vehicle".
- Make sure it is lawful and applied to every guest equally.
- Do not use rules to add charges. Price extras through your listing instead. See Adding extras.
- Safety rules set by law, such as life jackets on boats, apply whether or not you list them.
