What you can list

What operators can and cannot list on Pickup Charter: chauffeur driven cars, crewed boats, AOC jet charter and unarmed security extras, always with your crew.

2 min readUpdated 2 November 2026For operators

Pickup Charter is a marketplace for professional, operated transport. Every booking comes with your chauffeur, captain and crew, or flight crew. You provide the service; Pickup provides the technology and payment collection.

What you can list

  • Chauffeur driven cars. Commercially licensed cars, each driven by a verified chauffeur from your crew.
  • Crewed boats and yachts. Vessels operated by a certified captain and crew, sailing in daylight hours only.
  • Private jet charter. Aircraft flown under your NCAA Air Operator's Certificate and listed on your operations specifications.
  • Security add ons. Unarmed escorts from an NSCDC licensed private guard company, as an extra on a listing.

What you cannot list

  • Any car, vessel or aircraft without its operator, chauffeur or crew. Guests never operate the asset.
  • Aircraft only permitted for private, non commercial flight.
  • Armed security of any kind, or police escorts.
  • Assets you are not licensed and insured to operate commercially.
  • Illustrations or stock images in place of real photos.

Before a listing goes live

Every listing passes review. Pickup checks your operator documents, the asset's documents and your insurance. Insurance is a hard gate: no listing goes live without a valid certificate of your own on file.

  1. Complete your operator verification.
  2. Add the asset and upload its documents, including your insurance.
  3. Add real photos and set pricing, rules and availability.
  4. Submit for review.
