Managing your listings

How to edit photos, prices, rules, extras and calendars on your Pickup listings, which changes go back to review, and what happens when a document expires.

A live listing is never finished. Keep it accurate and it keeps earning.

Edit a listing

  1. Open Listings and choose the vehicle, vessel or aircraft.
  2. Pick the card to change:
    • Photo tour. Add, replace, move or delete photos, and set the cover.
    • Title, What this car offers (What's on board or Cabin features) and Highlights and tags.
    • Services and prices, Longer-trip prices and Discounts.
    • Cancellation and Car rules (Boat rules or Flight rules).
    • Availability. Hours, notice and how far ahead. Open calendar blocks dates and sets date prices.
    • Extras. Add priced extras such as a child seat.
  3. Save your changes.

Photos, the title, your base, chauffeurs, features, highlights and tags change straight away. Prices, rules, extras, availability and cancellation apply to new bookings only. Existing bookings keep the price and option the guest agreed to.

What needs review again

Some changes are checked. Your listing stays live while we look:

  • New or replaced documents, such as a renewed roadworthiness certificate
  • Make and model details, which are locked. Tap Request a change for a new plate, or a wrong year or colour. A different car is a new listing.
  • Anything Pickup asks you to fix, shown as Needs a fix

Pausing a listing

Tap Pause listing to pause it, with a reason and an end date. It leaves search and your upcoming bookings stay. Archive takes it off Listings for good and keeps its history. If it still has upcoming bookings, it archives after the last one. Delete works only for a listing that has never had a booking.

Suspended listings

If a document on a listing expires, the listing is paused automatically and its upcoming bookings are cancelled. Upload the renewed document and it goes live again once it is checked. See Keeping documents current.

  • Real, bright, recent photos
  • A clear description of what the guest gets
  • An accurate calendar
  • Fast replies to requests and messages
