Setting your availability

Use the Pickup calendar to open dates, block time and set notice, so guests only book trips you can deliver. Includes daylight rules for boats.

Your calendar is your promise to guests. If a date is open, a guest can book it. Keep it accurate and you avoid cancellations, which hurt your standing.

Open the calendar

  1. Open the Calendar tab and choose the listing.
  2. Each day shows your price for that date.
  3. Tap Day view to see bookings hour by hour.

Block time

Block any time you cannot deliver: servicing, private use, a crew day off.

  1. Press and hold a day, then drag across the days you need.
  2. Choose Blocked and a reason. Add a private note if you want one. Only you see it.
  3. Tap Block.

To block part of a day, use Day view and Block hours. To reopen time, select the days and choose Open.

Set advance notice

Tap the gear for Calendar settings. You can set your Minimum notice, How far ahead guests can book, the Hours you take bookings, the Gap between trips and your Longest booking. Sync calendars imports a Google, Apple or iCal calendar so its events block the time.

Vertical notes

  • Boats. Boat trips run in daylight only. Operators cannot switch this off. Set your Last departure under Weather and daylight.
  • Aircraft. Block dates when the aircraft is committed elsewhere or in maintenance. Crew rest has its own reason.
  • Fleets. Each listing has its own calendar. A booking on one does not block another.

Keep it current

  • Update your calendar the moment plans change.
  • If you use the vehicle for work off Pickup, block that time first.
  • Review the next four weeks every Monday.
