Creating your operator account

How to create your Pickup Charter account, add your company and keep your sign in secure. Chauffeurs and crew join by invite.

2 min readUpdated 2 November 2026For operators

Guests and operators use the same Pickup Charter app, in different modes. You create one account, then add your business to it.

Create your account

  1. Tap Get started. If you don't have the app yet, join the waitlist.
  2. Enter your email address. We email you a code. Enter it to continue. Pickup signs you in with email codes only, never text messages or WhatsApp.
  3. Enter your name and a phone number.
  4. Tick the boxes to agree to the terms and the Privacy Policy. Offers and news stay off unless you tick that box too.

Use your legal name exactly as it appears on your NIN. A mismatch slows verification.

Add your business

  1. On your Profile, tap List your business on Pickup, then Get started.
  2. Choose where your company is registered and the state you operate in.
  3. Confirm your company from its CAC registration number. Only companies registered with CAC can list.
  4. Add the licences for what you run, and skip the rest. You can add cars, boats, jets or security escorts later.
  5. Add your logo and trading name. You need both to continue. Guests see them on your listings.

Once your business is added, a Guest | Operator switch appears on your Profile and on Menu.

Chauffeurs and crew do not sign up here

Your chauffeurs, captains and crew join by invite. Open Menu, then Your crew, then Invite crew. We email them a link and an invite code. They sign in from Log in as a chauffeur, captain or crew. See Adding chauffeurs and crew.

Keep your account secure

  • Turn on Face ID in Menu, then Sign-in and security, if your phone supports it.
  • Never share your sign in codes. Pickup will never ask for them.
  • Give office staff their own access under Team and access. See Who can manage my business on Pickup?.

Next step

Complete your business details. Read Completing your business profile.

The full rules are in the Operator Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Need more help?
