The photo standards for Pickup listings: real photos of the exact car, boat or jet, the guided shots for each vertical, and what good looks like.

3 min readUpdated 2 November 2026For operators

Guests book on your photos. They must be real photos of the exact car, vessel or aircraft you list. Never illustrations, renders or stock images.

The shots the app asks for

The app guides you through each area with the camera. Take each shot in the order shown, or add photos from your gallery. Cars need at least 5 outside and 3 inside. Boats and jets need at least 3 of each.

Vertical Exterior Interior
Chauffeur driven cars Front, rear, front quarter, rear quarter, side Dashboard, front seats, rear seats
Crewed boats and yachts Front quarter, rear quarter, side Bridge station, seating area
Private jets Front quarter, rear quarter, side Flight deck, seating area

Taking and uploading photos

  1. Open Listings and choose the listing.
  2. Tap Photo tour.
  3. Add photos with the guided camera or from your gallery.
  4. Work through the exterior areas, then the interior areas.
  5. Tap a photo to Set as cover photo, Move to another area, Replace photo or Delete photo.

Photos change straight away. If the app sees a dark photo, a person in shot or a plate that shows, Your photos could be better tells you. It is advice, and staff make the decision.

What good looks like

  • Daylight or even lighting. No heavy filters.
  • A clean vehicle, vessel or cabin, presented as a guest will find it.
  • No bystanders' faces in shot. Do not edit out damage or wear.
  • Landscape framing with the whole car, boat or aircraft in shot.
  • Current photos. Update them after a respray, refit or new interior.

Why it matters

Guests book on what they see. Photos that do not match the car, boat or jet that arrives may lead to a complaint, a refund or a listing review under the Operator Standards.

Trust and Safety reviews photos as part of listing approval. Listings with illustrations or photos of a different asset will not go live.
